Martha as a Real Estate Professional:
As a recognized and respected real estate professional in my community, I am dedicated to providing good old-fashioned personal service while still breaking new ground and keeping up with current trends. To keep abreast with the ever-changing real estate industry, I regularly attend real estate, marketing, and technical seminars. Specializing in unique Salisbury Architectural and Historic Properties, I have been trained in historic real estate through the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
In my free time you will find me designing client brochures, advertising campaigns, direct mail programs and updating my web page. I strongly believe in target marketing, developing tailored programs for each and every client. My clients are assured the most creative, effective property marketing available. Because so much is at stake when buying or selling, I want my clients to be confident of two things: they are working with one of the best and that I will do everything I can to help them be successful in their home endeavors.

A native of North Carolina, Martha chose Salisbury as her home 19 years ago. She is a mother of four adult children, and has four precious grandchildren with whom she loves spending time. She is presently the "parent" of one dog, four cats and a host of gold fish! She is active with the Historic Salisbury Foundation
